We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

7. Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Pairmon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Safety shoes that have been worn in a work environment may not be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
